Wrists

Beginner

Using the concave edge of the tool, make long broad strokes back and forth from the forearm to the wrist for 20-30 seconds.

Advanced

To lengthen the tissue even further, switch to long distal strokes down the forearm while actively extending the joint. Continue for 10-15 reps per wrist.

*A good rule of thumb is to remain at about a  6/10 on the pain scale while scraping
