Shins

Beginner

Using the concave edge of the tool, make long broad strokes back and forth down the length of the shin for about 20-30 seconds.

Advanced

To lengthen the tissue even further, switch to long distal strokes down the shin while pointing your toe down. Release the foot once each stroke is complete and continue for 10-20 reps per shin.

*A good rule of thumb is to remain at about a  6/10 on the pain scale while scraping
