Place the convex side of the tool on the inside of the elbow at a 30 degree angle. Make long broad strokes back and forth from the elbow to the forearm for 20-30 seconds.
To lengthen the tissue even further, switch to long distal strokes down the forearm while actively extending the elbow and flexing the wrist. Continue for 10-20 reps per elbow.
