Calves

Beginner

Using the concave edge of the tool, make long broad strokes back and forth down the length of the calf for about 20-30 seconds.

Advanced

Get deeper relief by performing long distal strokes down toward the ankle while pointing your toe up. Release the foot once each stroke is complete and continue for 10-20 reps per calf.

*A good rule of thumb is to remain at about a  6/10 on the pain scale while scraping
